General Return Policy
We have a 14-day notification policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Original tags must be attached.

In its original packaging.

Free of any stains (makeup, deodorant) or odours (perfume, smoke, body odour).
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@sookyoungsong.com or www.sookyoungsong@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Timeline
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Timeline: Once your return is authorised, please ship the item promptly. The item must physically arrive at our facility within 28 days of the original delivery date.
Courier: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost packages.

Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Fees
All duties, import taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or refund.
If a return shipment incurs import duties, taxes, or customs charges when sent back to us, the customer is responsible for covering these costs. Any return parcels sent with unpaid duties or taxes may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Clearance / Final Sale Items: Regular sale items may be returned under our standard policy. However, items specifically marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above (unworn, with tags, original packaging).
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a refund will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.
Payment processing fees are charged by our payment provider when your order is placed and are not returned to us when a refund is issued. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these fees will be deducted from your refund in the event of an order cancellation prior to shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If the item is rejected due to its condition (e.g., signs of wear, stains, perfume scents, or body odours), a refund will not be issued.
