General Return Policy

We have a 14-day notification policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Free of any stains (makeup, deodorant) or odours (perfume, smoke, body odour).

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, missing tags, or any condition that prevents them from being resold will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Timeline

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Timeline: Once your return is authorised, please ship the item promptly. The returned item must physically arrive at our facility within 28 days of the original delivery date.

In exceptional circumstances, such as delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or courier companies beyond the customer's control, we may consider the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must provide valid tracking information and evidence that the return was shipped within the required timeframe.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is correctly addressed and successfully delivered to our return address.

Courier: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered return packages.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of €12 will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, handling, and restocking returned items.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

This fee does not apply in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Fees

All duties, import taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges incurred on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or refund.

If a return shipment incurs import duties, taxes, customs charges, or any additional fees when sent back to us, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.

Any return parcels sent with unpaid duties or taxes may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

Uncollected or Refused Deliveries

If an order is not collected from a designated collection point, refused by the customer, or returned to us due to the customer's failure to accept delivery, any costs incurred as a result of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

This may include the original shipping cost paid by the customer, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other costs charged to us by the postal service, courier company, or customs authorities.

These charges are not a restocking fee and are only deducted to cover the actual costs incurred as a result of the uncollected or refused delivery.

A refund will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

International Returns & Customs Delays

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

International returns may be subject to customs clearance procedures, postal delays, and inspections by customs authorities. These delays are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, courier companies, or any other third-party delivery providers.

For international returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that all customs requirements and documentation are correctly completed.

Any delays, charges, customs issues, or other problems arising during the return shipment remain the customer's responsibility until the parcel has been successfully delivered to our return address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Clearance / Final Sale Items.

Regular sale items may be returned under our standard policy. However, items specifically marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted and processed, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still meet the eligibility conditions listed above, including being unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a refund will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

Payment processing fees are charged by our payment provider when your order is placed and are not returned to us when a refund is issued.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these fees will be deducted from your refund in the event of an order cancellation prior to shipment.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the item is rejected due to its condition, including signs of wear, stains, perfume scents, smoke odours, body odours, damage, missing tags, or any condition that prevents resale, a refund will not be issued.
